Wow! What a great place. I’ve never felt so comfortable with my pet at a Vet. They didn’t take my already scared dog through a back door to provide care. They did everything right at the initial seat we sat in except his X-ray. I even got to watch through the door for that! Very impressive. I want to work there.

I waited 2 hours before the nurse gave my dog an injection for pain, then another 2 hours before the doctor actually talked to us. After about 5 minutes she said he probably had cancer, gave us some pain pills, and said go to your regular vet tomorrow. Turns out it probably is not cancer. So after 4 hours, $500, a misdiagnosis of cancer, and a horrible sleepless night, I will never go back here again.

I brought my dog in after a scary episode, they promptly assessed him, created a plan of action and kept us informed, can't say enough good things about the staff, specially Dr. Delgado and tech Kim, they were very empathetic and attentive. Dr. Delgado was very proactive and knowledgeable and Kim's extensive veterinary experience and friendly demeanor helped put us at ease through a hard day, we're extremely thankful to them and wholeheartedly endorse their services, the VEG team is lucky to be staffed with such a team.

They are pro on what they’re doing! Hands down to these professionals who saved a lot of our lovely pets lives! When we arrived they literally help our dog right away. All the staff are friendly and always smile. I would like to say a big THANK YOU to doctor lucas who help our dog and he did above and beyond with his job. May God bless his heart! He’s one in a million! And to Ashley who give us update time to time and she’s a sweetheart! I would recommend VEG ER for pets for my families and friends! 💗💗💗
